Indigo Group starts work on Spectrum 1 & 2

Dubai: , December 6, 2007

Indigo Group has commenced construction of second development in the Central District of Nakheel’s International City.

The plush residential projects - Indigo Spectrum 1 & 2 - offer spacious living in close proximity to mainland Dubai, the developer said in a statement.

Built over eight floors, Spectrum 1 & 2 boast some of the most exquisite residences currently on offer in Dubai. Comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments, a rooftop pool, a fully equipped gym and ground floor retail, Indigo Spectrum 1 & 2 are the epitome of contemporary metropolitan living.

“We are delighted to confirm that construction has begun on both Indigo Spectrums, which are set to deliver an exciting living experience at International City. We are confident that this concept will be embraced by the market and will lead the way in delivery of stylish, yet affordable, living solutions,” said Indigo Properties Director Anand Lakhiani.

“These are good times for the Indigo Group and for International City, where we also recently commenced construction of two unique, mid-rise building developments (ground plus 10 floors) - Indigo Optima 1 and 2 – which currently provide the only business space solution within International City, phase 1. Both of these were sold out instantly having followed in the footsteps of both bestsellers from our group in Jumeirah Lake Towers. We anticipate a very bright future for the community overall,” he said.

Situated 12 km from Dubai International Airport, in Al Warsan, International City combines commercial, residential, and retail developments in one project, with a range of mixed-use buildings, shopping areas and uniquely themed homes.
