The India Property Show organised by IndiaProperty.com, India’s No 1 property portal,  has been declared as a huge success.

The show featured over 100 properties from all parts of India and was held at Hotel Crowne Plaza, Shaikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

“I came to visit the show on day one, liked one of the properties, and returned the next day to book it,” was the response of an enthusiastic customer. She and her family were hunting for a suitable property in the southern Indian state of Kerala and in fact even physically went there looking for it.

Ironically, she found the right property here in Dubai, said an official spokesman.

“There were around 5,000 serious customers who thronged the show, found what they wanted,” said founder and CEO, Consim Info Pvt Ltd, the holding company of IndiaProperty.com, Murugavel J.

India Property Show offered them the ideal platform to interact with the top builders in their respective region and enabled them to get a feel of the properties first hand.”

“We wanted to create an environment that meets customer needs on the one hand and developer requirements on the other – and we succeeded in achieving both at the India Property Show,” said chief marketing officer, Consim Info Pvt Ltd, P Gopalakrishnan.

“And now, encouraged by the Dubai example, we are taking the show to other Indian diaspora markets like Singapore, US and UK in the near future to duplicate the success.”
