A ceremony was held to mark Riffa Views handing over its 450th home to a new owner.

The keys of the house and a special memento of the occasion were presented to homeowner Abdulla Adel Fakhro by Riffa Views managing director Yasser Abdulrahman Al Raee.

Over 600 villas have so far been completed and handed over to Riffa Views from the contractors, representing 57 per cent of the total number of villas within the development.

Al Raee said he was very pleased to welcome the 450th homeowner and that work around the development was continuing to progress.

'We are experiencing an increase in the development with the number of tenants that have recently moved into Riffa Views, the community has now over 250 families living in it.'

Bahrain's only golf residential community comprises three residential estates - Oasis, Lagoons and Parks.

It offers access to the Colin Montgomerie-designed PGA championship golf course at the Royal Golf Club.-TradeArabia News Service
