Cluttons to manage new Bahrain tower

Manama, January 15, 2012

Cluttons, a leading real estate company, said it has reached an agreement to take over the management of Al Nakheel Tower, a 14-storey building in Seef area of Bahrain.

One of the most visible buildings in popular Seef district in capital Manama, Al Nakheel Tower offers modern, functional and useable commercial space for its tenants, said Cluttons, which is celebrating its 35th year in the region.

Cluttons said it aims to offer extremely competitive rental rates for the new building with rent-free periods and other appealing incentives.

Al Nakheel boasts of one of the best parking ratios on the island, a feature that can be lacking within older buildings, said Cluttons in a statement. The company has presently some 30 properties under management in the Kingdom, it added.

One of the most appealing aspects of the 14-storey building is its executive penthouse suite, which is accessed by a private lift, the property expert said.

On the management acquisition, Harry Goodson-Wickes, head of country for Cluttons in Bahrain said, "Assuming responsibility for the running of the Al Nahkeel Tower is a real boost to our management team. What better way to cement our position as front- runners in the sector as we start to celebrate our 35th year in the Kingdom."

"Our team of professional experts work tirelessly to ensure that our tenants’ needs are accurately met, and we feel that this is the key to our ongoing success and edge in the marketplace," he added.

He said Cluttons’ 35th year of operation in Bahrain will be marked with a series of client events and networking initiatives.-TradeArabia News Service
