Cluttons names professional services head

Cluttons, one of the leading international real estate consultants in the Middle East, has appointed Jason Leonardi as the head of Professional Services in Bahrain.

Jason will lead the Professional Services Team, which specialises in providing a wide variety of services to companies across the Northern Gulf, such as investment advisory, valuation feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis and concept developments.

Jason has valued and transacted over $15 billion of property assets and brings 10 years of experience working in Moscow providing consultancy, feasibility studies, valuation, acquisition and disposal, and capital markets advice to clients, a statement said.

He has also acted as an expert testimony at international tribunals in both London and Geneva, earning him an RICS-accredited qualification.
