RSG International, a prime real estate and property developer, will soon start work on its residential development, Qasr Sabah, located at the International Media Product Zone (IMPZ) which is due for completion next year.

The residential project comprises three G+6 buildings and on completion it will house 384 one-bedroom apartments and 18 studio apartments, said a statement from RSG.

Located adjacent to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (formerly Emirates Road), Qasr Sabah will be a mere five minutes drive from Al Maktoum International Airport and 20 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport.

Also, the Dubai Metro’s Red Line from Jebel Ali Station will be extended to Al Maktoum International Airport, offering efficient mass transit options to Qasr Sabah’s residents. Jebel Ali Sea Port, too, is only a short drive away, said the statement.

In 2015, when form in its exquisite finality emerges from design, Qasr Sabah will have added another glorious feather to Dubai’s cap of exclusive addresses, said the Dubai developer.
