Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi-based property development, investment and management company, has launched the second sales event for the phase one of Ansam residential development on Yas Island on June 14.

 

The off-plan sales event saw the sale of over 300 units, while the most sought after units, with sea and golf course views, will be available for purchase at the second sales event, which will also be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel on Yas Island.

 

Mohammed Al Mubarak, deputy CEO, said: “Ansam is the first residential development on Yas Island available for purchase and offers a unique investment proposition. This weekend’s event was another great success and an important milestone for Aldar. We expect similarly strong demand at the second sales event next weekend as we launch the most sought after units at the development.” 

 

The development is in close proximity to leisure and entertainment attractions on Yas Island including, Yas Marina Formula One Circuit, Yas Waterworld, the Ferrari World theme park, Yas Mall, seven hotels, including Yas Viceroy, Yas Beach, Yas Marina and the world famous entertainment venues of Du Arena and Du Forum.

 

The first phase of the development features four Andalusian-styled apartment buildings, comprising of 540 apartments, overlooking the Yas Links golf course and the Yas Island waterfront. 

 

The buildings will be fully integrated into a landscaped setting, reflecting the tranquil atmosphere of calm waters and green fairways, said a statement.

 

Each complex will provide high-quality amenities, including an infinity pool, kids’ pool, sunbeds and a variety of open spaces for community events.
