Limitless' Russian project clinches key award

Dubai, July 7, 2014

Dubai-based Limitless said its joint venture community project in Russia, Zagorodny Kvartal, has been crowned “Best Low Rise Development in Moscow” at the 2014 Real Estate Market Records Awards.

A joint venture between Dubai’s Limitless and Moscow’s RDI, Zagorodny Kvartal scooped the accolade at the fifth anniversary ceremony of the Awards, run by the Moscow Business Club and recognised locally as the leading event in the annual real estate calendar.

Zagorodny Kvartal (meaning Country Quarter) spans 111 hectares and is being built alongside the Moscow Canal. The project is designed to bring the great outdoors into the everyday lives of residents and visitors, and provide quality urban-style accommodation in a countryside setting.

More than 200 homes have already been delivered in the first phase, which covers an area of 14 hectares and includes 728 apartments housed in 14 low-rise residential buildings, plus 46 townhouses, retail facilities and an 8,000 sq m park.

On the win, Mohammed Rashed Bin Dhabeah, the CEO of Limitless, said: "We thank the real estate professionals involved in these prestigious awards for recognising and acknowledging Zagorodny Kvartal as the best in low-rise living."

"Over 200 investors have already received the keys to their new homes at Zagorodny Kvartal, with hundreds more properties to be delivered this year. This unique project is bringing a new style of living to Russia, and we are delighted to receive this coveted accolade," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
