Dubai Municipality will share will other high-profit attendees its sustainable and integrated urban development initiatives to transform the emirate into one of the world’s smart cities at the event, which will take place at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel September 15 and 16.

‘SLC- Dubai 2014’ will serve as a platform for local, regional, and international government representatives – including the delegation from Dubai Municipality - company executives, technology investors, and business accelerators to tackle emerging opportunities to further encourage the development of smart cities, said a statement.

It will highlight its current and future programmes to attain high quality of life and sustainable economic development in the emirate. The municipality will also discuss its initiatives to create strong human capital and advanced information and communications technology infrastructure in the city.
