Barclays Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT).

As per the MoU, Barclays become a founding member of HCT Foundation and adds a chair in banking and finance to the school. The chair appointment would create a new position within the school to be filled by an international expert at the Dean of School level.

Barclays has committed over Dh2.5 million ($0.68 million) to sponsor the position for a minimum of three years. - TradeArabia News Service
