Citi Bahrain staff receive MBAs

Three of Citi Bahrain’s employees have completed and received Master of Business Administration degrees from Glamorgan University and AMA International University of Bahrain.

Fuad Mohammed Hassan, head of the Murabaha Desk & Liquidity Management at Citi Islamic Investment Bank (CIIB) completed his dissertation on: "Islamic Sukuk as a Successful Alternative of Conventional Bonds" where he interviewed key leaders in the sukuk market and in the Islamic Financial Services Industry (IFSI) and illustrated two cases studies of structured transactions closed by CIIB.

Nader S Moosa, national sales head & loans business manager at Citibank did his dissertation on: “Applying change and using culture Artifact to improve sales productivity for asset business".

Nader interviewed existing and previous Citi employees for gathering information about their practical experience in managing the asset sales business within Citi.

Asma Mahmood, credit risk associate at the Credit Risk Management services at Citi Bahrain wrote her dissertation on Specialization of Project Management.

Asma said that Citi has continuously supported her studies and assisted in providing an excellent backbone to establishing one's self, improving self determination, efficiently managing time and overall support.
