SAP launches Saudi HR solution

SAP has launched a pioneering solution specifically designed to help Saudi Arabia cope with the increasingly complex HR challenges posed by rapid, era-defining growth.

Fully localised and compatible with the country’s labour laws and common practices, SAP HR Core Functions for Saudi Arabia rapid-deployment solution is set to be a game-changer in the kingdom, SAP said.

The result of intensive, multifaceted collaboration between global and local SAP teams, ecosystem partners, as well as local experts, SAP HR Core Functions for Saudi Arabia rapid-deployment solution automates and dramatically improves the efficiency of key HR functions, it said.

“This results in unprecedented speed and accuracy in dealing with issues like overtime calculation, end of service benefits, annual leave entitlement and annual leave tickets. The solution also encompasses employee and employer General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) Contribution for Saudi, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nationals and expatriates.
