Applicant ranking is the newest addition to Bayt.com’s comprehensive series of recruitment tools that empower employers and jobseekers across the Mena region.

“Bayt.com understands that it’s important for employers to locate the best candidates as quickly, efficiently and simply as possible, especially when they have multiple roles to fill,” said Omar Tahboub, VP of Product, Bayt.com.

“The newly-released Bayt.com applicant ranking system speeds up the recruitment process by putting the right candidates where they need to be, based on an employer’s individual needs and exact preferences.

“The process is designed to make things as easy as possible, so that the recruitment process through Bayt.com is painless, effective, and intelligent. This places further emphasis on our mission to empower professionals with the tools and info they need to lead their lifestyle of choice,” he added.

The Bayt.com applicant ranking interface is very streamlined and user-friendly, making it extremely simple for employers to find who they need instantly and effortlessly – even when sifting through thousands of CVs, a statement said.

A revamped, more powerful engine presents the relevance score of each applicant to the employer performing the matching of the applicant CVs to the job postings in real time, by assessing 17 dimensions of the CV and matching them to 13 dimensions on the job posting. These dimensions range from age and residence to experience and education. The ranking engine also revises the ranking of the current applicants as new job seekers apply to a job vacancy.

Applicants are displayed prominently in the employer’s folder, listed in order of their relevance. The engine sorts applicants in real time, and the ranking of all applicants is revised as a new job seeker applies to the job. – TradeArabia News Service
