Tamkeen in key media training deal

Bahrain's labour fund Tamkeen and twofour54 tadreeb, the commercial arm of Media Zone Authority Abu Dhabi, have joined forces to launch a media training programme.
It offers highly specialised integrated training courses across the media sector to Bahrain's next generation of entrepreneurs and graduates, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
Tamkeen will offer the programme to Bahraini nationals who are seeking to gain skills to begin a career in the media industry.
The programme will train Bahrainis in public relations and communication or graphic design, with future plans to offer further advanced media training courses.
Training courses will last from six weeks to six months, and will be delivered by highly qualified bilingual instructors who have worked in some of the most respected media organisations.
