First Patient Relations Symposium to be held

A total of 200 healthcare experts from around the Gulf will take part in the GCC’s first Patient’s Relations Symposium to be held in Saudi Arabia in November.

The event at Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh, will take place on November 21 and 22, under the patronage of Dr Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Minister of Health, Saudi.

The main focus of the symposium is to enable Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector to share its knowledge and expertise in patient relations.

High-level industry thought leaders and Ministry of Health officials will discuss strategies to support and promote the use of local, regional and international solutions and evaluate standards in patient care.

Al Rabeeah said: “The Patient Relations Symposium is the first of its kind in the GCC and Saudi Arabia is the hub for patient relations excellence. The Ministry of Health gives its full support in helping to promote the importance of developing this area in the Middle East.”

The two-day symposium will be hosted by international business information company, Naseba. It is an annual conference, designed to provide a professional networking platform for healthcare leaders to share and discuss trends, innovations, and best practices.

The event will be attended by government authorities and regional hospitals who will have the opportunity to meet global solution providers showcasing their latest products and services.
