The 42 M Aluminium Crew Boats project team for Abu Dhabi National Of Company (Adnoc) and ship operators Khalid Faraaj has been awarded a health safety and environment award by Grandweld Shipyards.

The evaluation for the award, which recognises maintenance of safe working and environmental practice, was done by Grandweld Shipyards Health Safety and Environment department.

The monthly HSE project incentive programme must meet certain HSE criteria with supporting documented evidence in order to win the award.

The project must meet Zero Lost time Incidents, Zero accidents, submit 20 safety observation cards as a minimum, emergency evacuation drill, daily HSE production meetings and a weekly HSE walk-around to close out corrective action.
