Zain@home offers voice-call winner surprise

Manama, January 25, 2009

Zain Bahrain is giving away Sony Ericsson handsets and free shopping vouchers to winners who clock up voice calls over its Zain@home service, till the mid of February.

'We have been seeing a great growing trend on our Zain@home voice calls and this is our way of rewarding our growing band of loyal customers,' said Zain Bahrain's Broadband product innovation manager Manal Ahmed.

'Winning with Zain@home is always easy – it starts when you use our terrific suite of features for voice and internet services and continues through to the reasonable billing that gives you world-class technology and crystal-clear quality at affordable prices.'

The Zain@home service is a powered by cutting-edge WiMAX technology and offers a full range of fixed wireless services including high speed internet and fixed voice calls.

All the packages includes free lifetime calls to all Zain@home lines, up to 120 free minutes of talk time to all other local networks and attractively per minute charging for local calls. In addition the Family & Friends feature allows users to nominate 3 frequently used Zain mobile numbers for at 50 per cent off, she added.

By far the most attractive feature is the per-second billing cycle for international calls which bills you only for the time that you talk instead of calculating an arbitrary per-unit price.

'We have used cutting-edge billing technology to shave off the unnecessary spillover and charge customers only for the seconds that they actually spend talking,' Manal explained.

'That means you don't pay for unutilised time and your billing amount is affordable. When linked to our super-reasonable international tariff , that makes Zain@home voice calls a winner all the way.'

'More winners will be surprised with a surprise call on their Zain@home line, so talk more to win,' she added.-TradeArabia News Service
