Batelco opens new call centre

Manama, January 5, 2014

Batelco, a leading telecom services provider in Bahrain, is has opened a new state-of-the-art call centre at its headquarters.

The centre was officially opened by Batelco chairman Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and deputy chairman Murad Al Murad in the presence of other Board Directors, Bahrain CEO Rashid Abdulla and executive management and Call Centre staff.

The chairman and attendees toured the new Call Centre and viewed Batelco’s new customised call centre solution which has been designed and developed to enhance the experience for customers dealing with the centre. The centre, the largest in Bahrain, is operational 24 hours a day.

Batelco Bahrain CEO Rashid Abdulla explained that Batelco provides fully integrated services for its consumer and business customers to meet all their communications’ needs in addition to providing support via its Call Centre.

“By providing round the clock support from our Call Centre, we can resolve our customers’ telecommunications problems quickly and efficiently,” he said. – TradeArabia News Service
