Saudi-based telecom operator Mobily has launched a new Raqi promotion, allowing new customers and referrals from other operators an access to three additional lines for family members and free for a period of three months.

The move is aimed at enhancing the added value of the package that is best suited to major customers in the Kingdom, and reflects also Mobily’s concern with the family and keenness to keep all family members in constant contact.

As per this offer, Raqi customer will get up to three additional lines on their family package. Each line includes 500 free minutes inside and outside the network on a monthly basis, in addition to the possibility of utilizing these minutes for a period of three months in case of not consuming them  during each month.

Mobily innovated the feature of sharing minutes, SMS, and internet for Raqi Family package, so that they can share 600 minutes, 600 SMS and unlimited Internet on monthly basis without extra charges to give Raqi package flexibility and distinction to its customers in Raqi Family package, said the company in a statement.

Mobily said it has also added the cash retrieval feature for an amount up to SR3,600 ($959) annually, immediately after subscription in the new Raqi package, where the subscriber can retrieve the value of smart phones when buying them in a form of deduction from his monthly bills throughout the year.

Mobily allows also a direct discount feature on smartphones celebrating each customer completed one year in the package, noting that this feature is continuous in case of completion of each additional year in Raqi, the statement added.-TradeArabia News Service
