Fixit opens new express centre

Leading business administration services provider, Fixit Express, has opened its 11th centre at Almas Tower, DMCC.

It was inaugurated by Ahmed bin Sulayem, executive chairman of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), in line with HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Prime Minister and Vice-President, and Ruler of Dubai initiatives to offer more government services to citizens, residents and businesses electronically.

Fixit’s new centre will offer a range of business administrative services; including processing all kinds of legal/ government applications such as Emirates ID, e-Jari, visas, mediator between selected consulates, and setting up of businesses within the UAE, a statement from the company said.

In addition, it aims to open more outlets and create further jobs by 2013. Fixit will also hold internships and other opportunities for Emiratis to gain required skillsets and encourage them to work in the private sector.

Wassim Shammas, operations manager, Fixit Express, said: “Fixit is a trusted source for individuals and businesses to complete all legal and government-related transactions efficiently. The new centre will offer a quicker and faster reach for customers within the free zone. Acting as a key integrator for government / legal related transactions, we aim to offer more services in the future.”
