Häagen-Dazs unveils special Ramadan desserts

Häagen-Dazs cafes in the UAE have added two special creations to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan.
The Arabic Journey, with ingredients inspired by Arabia, including different flavours of ice cream, Arabic sweets, dried fruits, in adition to fresh katayet also filled with ice cream.
It will be served with a sprinkle of pistachios and butterscotch sauce. The ice cream in the dessert include vanilla and cream, dulce de leche, pralines and cream, and strawberries and cream.
The second creation – Ramadan Fondue – blends influences from Arabia with Häagen -Dazs' hot molten Belgian chocolate dip, with 16 mini-scoops of ice cream. The customers can also relish Arabic sweets, brownies, fresh and dried fruits served with fresh katayef and chopped pistachios on the side. - TradeArabia News Service
