Two Ebrahim K Kanoo employees have been recognised at the Diligent Worker Awards ceremony, held recently under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.

Ebrahim Akbar, senior manager at Toyota Body & Paint Division, received the Distinguished Manager Award and Hasan Jaffar Ebrahim, senior sales executive at Toyota Showroom, received the Diligent Employee Award, the company said.

Deputised by His Majesty, Labour Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan was the main speaker at the event and presented the awards to the employees. The event was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Talal Kanoo, corporate services director at Ebrahim K Kanoo, said: “Our management is very proud of this recognition and we appreciate their continuous efforts and dedication. The company is keen on employing Bahraini staff and developing their abilities and skills to contribute in providing the kingdom with local professionals."
