Mobily, a leading telecom operator in Saudi Arabia has launched the Huawei Ascend P6 smartphone – the world’s slimmest premium range smartphone – in the kingdom.

Through a new partnership with Huawei, the Ascend P6 will be available across the Kingdom through the main Mobily outlets and independent retail market, with attractive bundle offers.

The company said that subscribers can enjoy this new device for free within smartphone packages which come with free minutes, SMS, MMS, and data.

“The Ascend P6 delivers exceptional technology at the right value to consumers and is a clear illustration of Huawei’s intent to become one of the world’s top three smartphone brands,” said James Wu, CEO of Huawei Saudi Arabia.

By partnering with leading operators like Mobily, we are excited to be bringing world firsts like the Ascend P6 to market faster than we have previously, while also giving more people across the Kingdom the opportunity to experience Huawei devices.”

As one of the flagship smartphones of the Huawei Ascend P series, the Ascend P6 is the latest offering behind Huawei’s recent charge into the high-end smartphone category.
