200 designers set for Bahrain expo

An exhibition featuring more than 200 designers and traders will open tomorrow (July 3) in Bahrain.
The event, called Woow Exhibition, will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Sanabis and will run until Saturday from 7pm to 1am, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
It is being held under the patronage of Midpoint Design chairwoman Shaikha Noora bint Khalifa Al Khalifa.
It will feature more than 90 stalls that will sell abayas, jalabiyas, shoes, handbags and other fashion items.
Between 60 per cent and 70 per cent of the expo will be Bahraini stalls and designers, in addition to traders from Egypt, Lebanon and India. - TradeArabia News Service
