More than 500,000 people visited the Global Village, a major entertainment venue in Dubai, during the first 10 days of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) this year.

The village received 100,000 visitors last Friday alone with families coming in from different destinations to enjoy the events and the spectacular shows.  

This season’s Global Village entertainment schedule includes over 4,500 performances from around the world.

It has also increased Fun Fair space area by 30 percent and added new games suited for all ages. More than 30 pavilions, from 45 countries, are selling various products from around the world.

Since its inception in 1997, Global Village has become the key entertainment and shopping destination in the region. – TradeArabia News Service
