Amaseena, an outdoor tented Bedouin village set along the private beach of The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, will re-open on October 1 for winter dining soirees.

Guests can dine in a private tent with friends and family under the Arabian skies and enjoy the sea breeze in Amaseena whilst savouring signature Arabic flavours, a statement from the restaurant said.

The buffet offers regional favorites and specialty dishes featuring a medley of hot and cold mezzeh, a variety of manakeesh, falafel with tahina, and mixed Arabic grills alongside slowly roasting shawarma.

A decadent display of desserts includes traditional sweets and puddings. A selection of unique-to-Dubai cigar flavors produced exclusively for The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai and flavorful iced shisha to complement the true spirit of an Arabian dining experience, is also available.

The restaurant is open daily from 7pm to 1am (buffet is served until 11pm). The buffet is priced at Dh195 ($53.10) per head. – TradeArabia News Service
