UAE-based Ayla Hotels and Resorts has appointed Ashraf Yassin as its new group director of human resources and training.

Yassin brings over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an extensive background in human resources, training and operations.

Mohamed Soussan, the general manager, said: “Yassin brings great depth of experience in leading teams through extension and preopening. I am pleased to add Yassin’s expertise to the executive team as we continue to enhance our team’s growth and brand expansion.
