Ajman Palace Hotel appoints new GM

The Ajman Palace Hotel & Resort, managed by HMH Hospitality Management Holdings, has appointed Ferghal Purcell as its general manager.
 
Purcell has extensive experience of resort management in South Africa and Ireland, said a statement.
 
Laurent A Voivenel, chief executive officer of HMH, said: "We are very pleased to have Ferghal Purcell in our team who brings a fresh outlook to the challenging hospitality market in Ajman with his broad skills and experience.

The Ajman Palace Hotel & Resort features 254 rooms, suites and serviced residence, and a plethora of restaurants and lounge options serving cuisines from around the world with two specialty restaurants ‘Dragon’s Place’ and ‘Arabesque Gourmet’ as well as an all-day-dining restaurant 'Encore Bistro', lobby café, sunset terrace and the rooftop deck ‘Nojoom Lounge’. 
 
It also features a 1,200 sq m grand ballroom with a foyer, a conference hall, four meeting rooms, and a VIP function area. Its Encore Lifestyle Club provides leisure and recreation facilities including the Encore Spa as well as a fitness facility. - TradeArabia News Service
