Bahrain-based Takaud, a specialist provider of savings and pensions for the Mena region, hosted a wealth management and financial planning seminar for the board members and key associates of its sports partner Manama Club.

Hosted at the Capital Club in Manama, Bahrain, the seminar showcased Takaud’s savings and investment solutions, with an emphasis on wealth management services.

The Takaud Wealth Management offering, which is competitive and designed largely for the mass affluent and affluent individuals, empower people to define and achieve their long-terms life goals, for themselves and their families, a statement said.

Johannes Van Der Dong, Takaud’s chief investment officer, presented an overview of the ‘investment universe’ and described the methodologies used to tailor the investment options that Takaud offers to its wealth management clients.

Key features of the partnership between Takaud and Manama Club, and benefits to the club’s member and fans, were also highlighted. The event saw a lively Q&A session toward the end of the seminar which was attended by Takaud’s entire sales team.

The seminar was an early outcome of the sponsorship agreement Takaud has entered into with Manama Sports Club, making them the exclusive partner of their first basketball team, a team that has won the Bahrain Basketball League 19 times, and has been the League Champion for the past three years.
