UAE Exchange wins Service Olympian Award

DUBAI, January 19, 2017

Global remittance, foreign exchange and payment solutions brand UAE Exchange has won the Service Olympian Award 2016 under the Best Customer Experience Measurement category.

The award is in recognition of the brand’s commitment towards continuous improvement in enhancing the customer experience, said a statement.

Robert M Keay, chief executive officer of Ethos Integrated Solutions, and Philip Forrest, president of The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI), conferred the award at a glittering ceremony held at the Emirates Tower Hotel, Dubai, on January 18.

Launched by Ethos Integrated Solutions, the Service Olympian Award recognises successful customer service strategies and supports the development of higher standards in customer experience delivery.

“We are delighted to win the Service Olympian Award for Best Customer Experience Measurement. The award is an encouragement to all the efforts we have invested to enhance customer experience. I thank the jury members for this recognition and congratulate the staff for their continued dedication in always being one step closer to the customers,” said Abdel Kareem Alkayed, UAE Exchange country head for UAE.

This is the third win for UAE Exchange at the Service Olympian Award ceremony. Earlier in 2013, the brand won the People’s Choice Award and in 2015, it won in the category of Best Leadership Commitment, the statement said.  - TradeArabia News Service
