To date, a set of 12 new services have already been launched, while other services will be launched within the next few months at the average of 12 services per service pack.

Yaqoub Yousuf Rasheed, director, IT Department, DED-Ajman said that the Unified Automation Platform reflects the future vision of developing strategic guidelines to enable the department to provide smart digital services that meet the needs of investors, government and private sectors and the community.

He pointed out that the project has contributed to transforming the traditional administrative and customer services into a more digital approach, thus creating a solid foundation for harnessing ICT systems to provide innovative services that are in line with the department's commitment to support the efforts of UAE government and the emirate of Ajman towards digital transformation.
