Emaar Misr for Development SAE, the wholly owned Egyptian subsidiary of Emaar Properties, is holding a special sale today of its residences within Marassi and Uptown Cairo in the UAE.

The two premier developments have already opened to strong investor response in Egypt.

The sale began at Downtown Living Sales Centre and Emaar’s Abu Dhabi Sales Centre featuring a varied collection of villas, town homes and apartments.
