Dubai Industrial City showrooms ready

Dubai, March 11, 2009

Dubai Industrial City, a member of Tatweer Dubai, said it has completed the construction of 64 showrooms equipped with storage facilities at the warehouse complex.

The showrooms are designed for use as offices or retail and product display areas, said a Dubai Industrial City official.

Available for lease, the showrooms feature two double floors each spanning 5,000 sq. ft as well as an additional 5,000 sq. ft of storage space located at the rear of the building.

Rashed Al Ansari, vice-president of Dubai Industrial City, said: 'Delivering these 64 showrooms demonstrates the fast-track progress achieved by Dubai Industrial City in providing world class facilities that complement the needs of the township.'

'This project is another milestone in the development of Dubai Industrial City as a full-fledged industrial destination that will offer comprehensive facilities for offices, product display and storage space,' he explained.

Ideal for small and medium industrial enterprises, all showrooms at the warehouse complex offer modular designs that can be expanded in multiples of 5,000 sq ft depending on clients’ requirements.

Al Ansari added: 'The flexibility of design is intended for companies whose requirements range from logistics and storage to training, administration and retailing.'

'Companies might want to have facilities that are in multiples of 5,000 sq m or even join the warehouses at the back of the showroom into one single unit to meet their operational needs and the design allows us to do that with ease and comfort,' he noted.

The 560 million sq. ft Dubai Industrial City is a comprehensive one stop industrial and commercial destination that provides tenants with a critical competitive advantage in human resources and business operations.-TradeArabia News Service
