Cluttons optimistic on Bahrain recovery

Cluttons, the leading property firm that has enjoyed a presence in Bahrain since 1976, said it was optimistic about the recovery of Bahrain.

The company said it was noting pockets of positivity in the market, as it marked its 35 anniversary and presented a new logo.

Cluttons Bahrain has had a permanent presence in the market place with landmark instructions in Manama, Sanabis, Seef District and extensively in the Diplomatic Area with properties including the Diplomat Tower in the early 1990s, Al Jasra Tower in 2000, followed by Falcon Tower in 2001 and The Trust Tower in 2007.

Forging ahead and planning the next five years, Cluttons Bahrain is looking towards dynamic expansion plans for both its business offering as well as its team of professionals.

"Bahrain continues to be a key market for Cluttons, and considering the various economic indicators and the market dynamics, we are extremely confident that the country's property sector is set for growth," said country head Harry Goodson-Wickes.

"This year we complete 35 years in Bahrain reaffirming our in-depth knowledge of this market, which we have closely seen evolve and develop to its present state.
