4,000 properties on show at Dubai event

More than 4,000 properties for sale or rent in the local and international markets will be showcased at a consumer property show which opens tomorrow (February 20) in Dubai.

The three-day Next Move live, which will be held at the Madinat Arena at Madinat Jumeirah, will feature these properties from leading property developers, real estate agents and banks.

Dubai-based property developer will be among the more than 30 exhibitors, will launch its exclusive payment plans to help ease the financial burden on buyers.

It is also presenting for sale a selection of properties from seven different towers in prime locations, said a statement.

Nasser Amer, vice president of sales at Deyaar, said: “The positive upturn in UAE’s real estate market has translated into growing interest for our wide-ranging portfolio of properties that are guaranteed to earn excellent returns of investment.

“We will provide unique property solutions for those looking at spot purchases, as well as consultations from seasoned advisors to assist new entrants in to the market.”

Mortgage advisers from Commercial Bank of Dubai, the official banking sponsor of the show, will be offering a special time bound promotion which provides clients with a gift voucher of up to Dh60,000 ($16,335).

Investment and real estate developers Tanmiyat Group will launch two new projects at the show near the Business Bay and Global Village, while Dudu is set to offer 200 exclusive properties to buy or rent in prime locations across Dubai.

Brought to Dubai by the organisers of Cityscape, Next Move live also offers properties from the UAE, UK, Spain, Cyprus and US.

Wouter Molman, director of Cityscape Group, said: “With thousands of properties and hundreds of brokers and mortgage products to choose from, it is very important that prospect home buyers do their homework carefully.
