Khaled Juffali acquires overseas partner’s shares

AL KHOBAR, March 2, 2015

A joint venture between Khaled Juffali Company and Etimaad Engineering has now transitioned to a 100 per cent Saudi-owned entity as Khaled Juffali Industrial Company (KJIC).

Khaled Juffali has acquired all the shares of Etimaad, its overseas joint venture partner, said a statement.

KJIC’s new corporate office, located in Fluor Arabia Building - Al Khobar, was inaugurated by chairman Khaled Juffali, in the presence of Saif Ali Sheikh, chief executive officer and Mohsan Parvez, director and CEO - construction and contracting, Khaled Juffali Holding Company, it said.

Juffali emphasised the importance of ‘effective team building’ being one of the most important elements towards success of a company and expressed his confidence in the technical depth of know-how of KJIC’s management team and qualified workforce to tap and capitalise on the business potential in the industrial sectors under focus and lead the company to new levels of success.

“2015 is deemed to be the year of change and evolution of KJIC towards becoming a premium engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance (EPC&M) company in Saudi Arabia while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards,” Sheikh added. - TradeArabia News Service
