Marina Arcade, a luxury supertower in Dubai Marina featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom residences overlooking The Palm Jumeirah, was recently launched at a key event in Dubai, UAE.  

The project also features a limited number of four-bedroom penthouses with large terraces and private pools that overlook the Dubai Media City, Jumeirah Beach and the Emirates Golf Course, said Asteco, the exclusive sales agent for the project.

Al Rostamani Pegel is the main contractor for the project, while Al Ajmi Engineering project is the consultant. It is being financed by Emirates Islamic Bank, said the company.

With interior design by multiple award-winning Studio Matteo Nunziati, the work on the tower is progressing well with already more than 24 floors rising above the ground, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
