Arcadis joins World Economic Forum

DUBAI, September 29, 2015

Arcadis, a leading design and consultancy firm for natural and built assets in the region, has become the latest member of the World Economic Forum (WEF).  

The WEF is a membership organisation, comprising 1,000 of the world’s top corporations and global enterprises usually with more than $5 billion in turnover.

The forum is a comprehensive and integrated platform that aims to strategically shape global, regional, national and industry agendas.

As the newest addition to the prestigious list of membership organizations, Arcadis will play an active role in WEF’s mission.

Representatives of Arcadis recently joined their WEF counterparts for the first time when the forum came together in Dalian, China, earlier in September.

CEO Neil McArthur said: The forum is a force for good in the world.  It brings together some of the most influential public and private sector bodies to discuss and resolve the big issues being faced by human society."

"Through our extensive experience helping clients deal with some of the world’s most pressing macro issues, I am confident that Arcadis will bring a unique perspective to the WEF agenda," he added.

Arcadis recently launched a new, refreshed brand identity aimed at strengthening its global positioning in response to changing client needs.
