Damac launches utilities registration service

DUBAI, December 28, 2015

High-end luxury real estate developer Damac Properties has launched a new utilities registration service for its customers who are moving into their properties in Dubai, UAE.

The ‘My Damac Home’ service starts operation once Damac hands over the units to its owners.

Damac Properties said it has a wide range of stylish living options across Dubai, including private villas, townhouses and apartments within its two golf course communities, Akoya by Damac and Akoya Oxygen, and a limited edition collection of fashion branded homes in collaboration with global brands such as Versace, Fendi, Paramount Hotels & Resorts, and Bugatti.

Besides this, the developer also boasts several hotel apartments and hotels which allow individual investors to capitalise on the emirate’s booming tourism sector.

According to Damac, the new service ensures hassle-free operation through the finalisation of all paperwork related to the ownership of the new property including the registration of all utilities services on behalf of the customers, including Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa), Empower, du, Etisalat, and gas when applicable.

"At Damac Properties, we believe that we should provide our customers with the best service possible from the first interaction, starting from the sales journey to the delivery of the property," stated Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties.

"This includes all aspects of premium client servicing from our sales and customer relations teams," noted McLoughlin.

"My Damac Home’ is the ‘extra mile’ free-of-charge complimentary service that we are providing for our customers to secure a hassle-free move into their units, saving them valuable time and efforts by taking on such basic yet important responsibilities," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
