Vincitore draws big response at Cityscape

DUBAI, September 18, 2016

Dubai-based Vincitore Real Estate Development received immense interest from end users, investors and media at the recently concluded mega exhibition Cityscape Global 2016 in Dubai, UAE.

The developer showcased its affordable premium housing project Vincitore Palacio in Dubailand, during the expo.

Vijay Doshi, founder and managing director, Vincitore Real Estate Development, said: “We were overwhelmed with enquiries, particularly for one-bed (1BHK) and two-bed (2BHK) units, which we anticipate to result in key sales in the next few months. This reflects that properties that are built to a high standard of quality in a vibrant community, combined with the offer of luxury finishes and amenities with an affordable price tag are key factors investors look out for whilst investing in residential real estate.”

Showcasing a stand that was representative of the architecture and finesse of Vincitore Palacio in Dubai, visitors were offered a look at the model homes and the opportunity to avail of a special offered payment scheme.

A sprawling 200,000-sq-ft development located at Arjan in Dubailand, Vincitore Palacio consists of affordable 175 European-styled units comprising spacious studios and one- and two-bed apartments, each featuring a private sun deck, with prices starting from Dh475,000 ($130,000).

“The UAE market is becoming more regulated and mature, rental yields are higher compared with other developed locations, and this proves to be an attractive feature for investors looking for income-generating assets. We are delighted that our dedication to the creation of a vibrant destination for the mid-income segment of buyers who aspire for a more luxurious living experience, has been so well-received,” concluded Doshi.

Located in Dubailand, the Dh135-million ($36.7 million) development enjoys direct access to Emirates Road and features world-class amenities such as custom-designed elevators, a 60-ft temperature-controlled pool, a 3,000-sq-ft sunlit gymnasium, landscaped spaces, 24X7 security and a concierge.  – TradeArabia News Service
