Arada launches new Sharjah villa community project

SHARJAH, October 12, 2017

UAE's newest developer Arada has launched its new Anber Community project in Sharjah following the unprecedented sales at Aljada, a master-planned destination being built over a 2.2-sq-km area at an investment of Dh24 billion in the heart of the northern emirate.

Aljada is ideally situated on the last major plot of undeveloped land in the heart of Sharjah, with exceptional connectivity to surrounding areas, it stated.

A mixed-use development, Aljada comprising considerable retail, leisure and entertainment options, in addition to a wide range of residential and commercial offering.

Arada’s debut appearance at the Cityscape Global real estate expo was a big hit among the investors with over 500 units in Aljada’s Phase 1 sold at the event, thus making the project Sharjah’s fastest-selling residential community, said the Emirati developer.

Following its success, Arada is releasing a total of 84 homes in Anber Community for sale at a special launch event featuring exclusive payment plans and incentives on October 14 at the Radisson Blu Resort in Sharjah.

The Anber Community features a selection of stylish and spacious villas and townhouses, all with extensive gardens and direct access to a lush and landscaped private park.

Buyers can choose from a wide variety of two, three and four-bedroom residences, positioned close to Aljada’s leisure and entertainment destination, the Central Hub.

Arada's chairman Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi said: "In just a few short weeks, Aljada has seen exceptional sales, thanks in no small part to the support that the project has received from the highest levels of the Government of Sharjah."

"We are delighted at the reception Aljada has witnessed from the local community, and look forward to delivering on our promise to create Sharjah’s newest and most exciting destination," he noted.

To be delivered in phases starting in 2019, construction on Aljada will begin in the first quarter of next year and the entire project is expected to be completed by 2025, said Sheikh Sultan.

The Aljada masterplan is carefully designed with walkability and wide green spaces in mind, allowing residents, workers and visitors the ability to live, work, play and be entertained within an all-inclusive and self-sustained precinct, he added.

The development includes an extensive residential mix including standalone villas, semi-detached villas, townhouses, and apartments, complemented by generous open spaces and facilities including F&B (food and beverages) outlets, schools, healthcare clinics and mosques, said the statement from Arada.

A considerable portion of the masterplan is dedicated to green spaces and community facilities, creating an attractive opportunity for investors who want to buy in a new prime destination that perfectly captures the essence of Sharjah, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
