Favourite Things Mother & Child in Jumeirah, Dubai's premiere children's edutainment destination, will be hosting super fun summer camps.

The camps, which aim to entertain, educate and engage children over the warmer months, will be held on select dates till August 30.

The camps, being held in the state-of-the-art 7,000 sq ft play area, which includes climbing walls, an animal themed jungle gym, a fancy dress room filled with over 70 costumes and props, a soft baby and toddlers area, a fun filled art room, an interactive water play area, a sand play area where kids can dig for buried treasure, and a construction table for those future architects and engineers, said an official spokesman.

The Summer Camp which will be held daily from 10 am to 2 pm for children aged 2-3 and 4-7 will host fitness for kids, magic shows, puppet shows, drama plays, crazy science and arts and crafts just to name a few.

'This summer at Favourite Things we're offering children a far more personal camp than most, in a clean, safe, fun and educational venue to escape the Summer heat,' said co-founder of Favourite Things Mother & Child Farah Nabulsi.

Budding young artists will have the opportunity to express themselves in the daily arts and crafts workshops. Younger children can try their hand at playing dough creations and capture the summer spirit by enjoying other fun filled activities including face painting, body arts, story times and sing-alongs.

Limited spaces are available for the summer camps and lunch included prices are Dh410 ($111.6 for five days) or Dh100 per day (non-refundable advance payment required). Children aged 2-3 years must be accompanied by an adult.
