SAE Institute to open 5 new campuses

Dubai, November 15, 2009

SAE Group, the leading global creative media educator, has announced an aggressive multi-million dollar expansion plan for the coming year which will see it launch five new campuses.

The plan includes several wholly owned SAE Institute campuses, in addition to the recent franchise partnerships in the Middle East and Asia.

A new SAE International license agreement in Indonesia will complement existing franchise schools in Jordan, Malaysia, Thailand and India, while the 2010/2011 pipeline includes new campuses in Beirut, Cairo and Tokyo.

Additionally further expansion is planned in Central Asia, Central America and several key South American regions, said a statement.

More recently, the Istanbul campus has just opened, with further expansion in other major Turkish cities already being discussed.

“Despite the global financial crisis, conditions are ripe for vocational training and skills-based post-secondary education. We are poised to make an unprecedented advancement in our global network of schools, which adds to the already wide geographical base we enjoy,” said Romy Hawatt, director of SAE International.

Founded in Australia in 1976, SAE Group is the first educator to provide practical audio training, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
