The Gulf chapter of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologist (AACE) is set to host a conference that will bring updates on diabetes and endocrinology, in Abu Dhabi from October 3.

The three-day First Clinical Congress and Gulf Chapter Annual Meeting on Diabetes and Endocrinology will take place at the St. Regis Hotel.

The Gulf Chapter of the AACE is a professional body of leading physicians specialising in endocrinology, diabetes, metabolism and nutrition committed to enhancing the ability of its members to provide the highest quality of patient care.

Dr Ahmed Hassoun, president of AACE and consultant in Endocrinology, Dubai Diabetes Center at the DHA, said: “Education of healthcare professionals is at the forefront on any disease management.
