The growing demand for plastics, printing and packaging products in Saudi Arabia's Western Region will be the focus of two exhibitions which will run concurrently in Jeddah next year.

Saudi Plast & Petrochem, the 12th international plastics and petrochemicals trade fair, and Saudi Print & Pack (Saudi PPP), the 11th international trade exhibition for print and pack technologies, will run from March 1 to 3 at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events.

Both fairs are certified by UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, according to Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC), the organiser of the events 

The events cater to the networking needs of industrialists and key stakeholders in the petrochemical, plastic, printing and packaging industries and will act as a venue to meet and discuss current industrial trends and fresh business opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East while highlighting the latest products and technologies.  

Industrial cities in the Western region account for more than 50 per cent of the kingdom’s plastic and petrochemical production, with about one-third of both sectors’ companies having local facilities, according to REC. - TradeArabia News Service
