Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), a leading international aluminium smelter, is boosting its product portfolio in Europe and other global markets through its participation at the ongoing Aluminium 2016: 11th World Trade Fair & Conference, in Germany.

The three-day event, which concludes tomorrow (December 1), at Messe Düsseldorf, provides an overview of the entire aluminium industry spectrum and witnesses participation from leading players in the industry comprising primary producers, processors, technology suppliers and consumers.

The Alba delegation is being led by chief executive officer Tim Murray and also included executives, directors, managers and other top officials, it stated.

Murray said: “Our company is keen to strengthen its position as well as boost the market share of its high grade aluminium products in Europe and other global markets.”

“By participating in this event, we are able to realise this objective as well strengthen Bahrain's reputation as an industrial hub in the Middle East,” he said.
