Wikileaks must stop 'dangerous leaks'

Washington, November 27, 2010

Whistle-blowing website WikiLeaks is endangering the lives of US forces and people who support the United States around the world, said Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the US military's Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The top US military officer made these comments ahead of the expected release of more classified US documents.

"I would hope that those who are responsible for this would, at some point in time, think about the responsibility that they have for lives that they're exposing and the potential that's there and stop leaking this information," Mullen said in an interview with CNN's Fareed Zakaria GPS due to air Sunday.
