Etisalat has said its customers can avail of a variety of discount offers during Ramadan, including up to 15 per cent more airtime credit on Wasel recharge as well as additional savings on new Wasel card.

The company said the holistic proposition is to enable customers to connect and celebrate Ramadan with their friends and families, in a tech-savvy, yet cost-effective way.

Customers can now choose from offers that encompass new/current pre-paid (Wasel customers) and new post paid (GSM) connections and value added services like 3G Video call and Push-To-Talk, with up to 15 per cent free airtime on Wasel Recharge.

Etisalat Wasel customers can now enjoy free air-time credit with no expiry date, providing them maximum flexibility and convenience.

Customers can avail free air time credit of up to 15 per cent, based on their recharge denominations (starting from Dh50 ($14)).

For customers using recharge through other options like Banks, Public Cash Payment Machines (PCPM), Emirates Post, mobile payment, online and Auto pay, the denominations and discounts are (Figures denote recharge denomination and percentage bonus): Dh50-99 - 5 per cent; Dh100-199 - 10 per cent; Dh 200+ 15 per cent.

For every new Wasel connection, customers can enjoy a periodic monthly bonus of Dh10 per month, for the next three months, which will be credited to their accounts at the beginning of each calendar month.

This will be in addition to the existing initial Dh10 credit, which will provide collaborative savings of Dh40 per connection.
