Microsoft has selected Optimiza as its specialised large account reseller (LAR) in Jordan, thus enabling the company to widen its range of services for the various sectors.

Optimiza, already a Microsoft Golden Certified Partner, was given these privileges due to its proven capabilities and strong performance in 2007 and 2008, as well as its presence in several important sectors, said a company official.

The Microsoft partnership is in line with its plans to further develop services and strengthen partnerships with key international IT organizations, noted Kamal Hazboun, Optimiza chief operations officer.

Optimioza's performance in the financial services, healthcare, government, telecom, enterprises and education sectors confirm the company's capabilities that qualify it for this status.

This partnership will enable Optimiza to provide volume licensing agreements for large enterprises in addition to a wide range of small and medium businesses in Jordan, he said.

"The valuable trust that Microsoft has placed in Optimiza will support us towards developing the local and regional IT markets, and motivates us to intensify our efforts in building on our achievements and successes, which have brought us to where we are today," he added.

Microsoft is meticulous and specific when choosing and building strong partnerships with capable and expert organisations, said Zeid Shubailat, country manager of Microsoft Jordan.

"Accordingly, we selected Optimiza to become one of our most important large account resellers based on our faith in its abilities in offering Microsoft Solutions at a level that is compatible with the high standards of our services," he remarked.
