Casewise opens office in Bahrain

Casewise, a leading international provider of Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Analysis software, has announced the opening of its new office in Bahrain.

The Bahrain office will provide a direct presence for Casewise to support its customers in the Middle East as well as serve as a central location for conducting business in the fastest growing economy in the region.

The Casewise Suite of products has built-in support for the Business Process Framework eTOM published by the TeleManagement Forum.

The company serves as the official custodian of the eTOM model, which was developed by the TM Forum using Casewise's highly regarded Casewise Modeler tool, stated Wentzo.

The Frameworx Model combines business processes, applications and information best practices, and all necessary mappings to standardly assist organisations in developing and adhering to industry best practices.
